The development of functional training has become a priority in my classes, emphasizing good postural health and integrating it with strength, power and resistance training.

The training methodology consists of: joint warm-up along with stretching that will be developed according to the student's progress, then we do a cardiovascular warm-up.

Next, we carry out a totally personalized training based on the needs and objectives.

The basis of the training is to use one's own body weight with tools such as the Trx and the bars, these types of exercises allow multi-articular movements, which will allow an integral development of the musculature, the increase of strength and suppose a greater neural demand, consequently, it will be of benefit to give a better development to the motor skills.

We also perform functional training using weights, elastic bands of different levels, and in weight rooms, helping to increase both strength and muscle mass.

We implement exercises to improve balance and coordination in training, combining them with interval training, providing a better sense of proprioception and better cardiovascular health.

HIIT; (High Intensity Interval Training)

Interval training is a conditioning method using alternating periods of work and rest, it is used for fat loss and improvement of resistance without losing the strength and power acquired in training with weights, bars, Trx and elastic bands.

Interval training is properly adapted to the programs of each person. Classes take place outdoors, in weights rooms and at home.

Coordination and balance

The main characteristic that I would emphasize about Marlon is; who cares about the previous injuries you have to know what exercises you can or cannot do, what part of the body you need to strengthen more in order to improve your injury/pain. Carry out a study of the person, their physical condition and the realization of a personalized training.

In my case, we do the training as a couple, and adapts each class and exercise according to the person's level, that is, does not have a standard class prepared where the two people must do the same. It values ​​each progress you make, regardless of the level you start from and it reinforces your confidence so that at your own pace you can progress more every day.
